We are in Puglia, in the heart of Salento, near the sea, and surrounded by the greenery of the countryside, amid expanses of olive groves and vineyards. 200 hectares of vineyards surround the castle, in a charming setting illuminated by the sun, while a tuff cellar cradles an endless series of barrels, and further on, a museum commemorates the evolution of the vines in these places.
