CANTINE MENHIR WINE&SENSE TASTING
The tour of the Marangelli vineyards and the vegetable garden-vineyard
ends with a tasting of our wines classics on the farm, amid the scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub. Three different glasses, Sale (Fiano and Malvasia), Menhir Rosato (Negroamaro) and Pietra Susumaniello: a gustative progression enhanced by home-made bread with tomatoes & oil; cheeses from the Otranto area and a hot plate in the center of the table, prepared by the Masseria kitchen with vegetables picked from the garden, following the cycles of the season.
