Bronte is also called the city of green gold. Green gold refers to the pistachio which can only be cultivated in this area thanks to the climate and volcanic soil of Etna. These pistachios have the best taste, texture and quality in the world.
Today we will discover the Etna area with the possibility of visiting one of the Pistachio producer walking through the pistachio groves with explanation of the harvesting, production and post-harvest processing processes followed by a lunch with tasting of the genuine pistachio-based products prepared without preservatives, colorings, and artificial flavors.
