Together with cheesemaker Marco, you will visit his farm, where he oversees the entire production chain, from caring for the sheep to aging his fine cheeses. After a tour of the barn, you will witness the transformation of sheep's milk into excellent cheeses. Marco will reveal the secrets of his artisanal process, from curdling to aging, leading up to the tasting. You will sample various types of cheeses, from soft and creamy to refined noble molds, on a journey through the authentic flavors of Umbria.
