PRIVATE - EGG TEMPERA
Participants will apply gold leaf (imitation) and paint a small panel using the traditional technique of egg tempera. After a brief introduction to gold leafing and egg tempera, clients will proceed to gild a small panel using the medieval technique of gold leafing. This is followed by mixing pigments with egg emulsions and executing a copy of an egg tempera painting. All will walk away with a painting on a small wooden panel, an information packet and a carrying case.
