PRIVATE - BUTCHERY LESSON AT CANTINA SEMONTE
The process of bagging salami and sausages will be performed by a master pork butcher to be replicated directly by guests. This will be followed by a light lunch including a platter of our own cured meats, local cheeses, honey and focaccia also produced by our company. Guests will also be served a mini pork burger directly prepared by them during the pork class. They will end their lunch with a typical traditional dry dessert (homemade tart or tozzetti). 1 glass of your choice of Monteleto Chardonnay or Cordaro Dolcetto and a glass of sweet sour cherry wine (cerasino).
